 It looks like the zigzag Chevron pattern, which was extremely popular in 2012, will continue it's momentum in the new year, with it's increasing sophistication of bold colors and styles. From home decor to fashion, this retro look has evolved and been rediscovered by designers all over the world. So look for more and more Chevron patterns in stores and design centers everywhere. It's a classic!

 A whimsical mix of bright and bold Animal-inspired jewelry and accessories continue to be huge in 2013. The animal motif is always a popular choice for fashion. In 2012, we saw a zoo full of lions, tigers, zebras, peacocks, panthers and owls. In October, the designer Alexander McQueen revealed his 2013 Spring/Summer lineup, with a welcome addition...the Bee. It created a "buzz" in the fashion world that prompted many designers to introduce their own Bee-inspired lines of jewelry.
Beside the Bee, prepare to see lots of snakes, birds, geckos, wolves, frogs, crocodiles, caterpillars and many more species! Large panther cuff bracelets will be everywhere, including other felines of the animal kingdom. You can't go wrong with animal motif jewelry this year. Just remember, it's all about balance. Pantone, the world's leading color authority for nearly 50 years, has revealed Emerald Green as the Color of the Year for 2013. From home furnishings to fashion, you will see Emerald Green wherever you go! When we first read Pantone's color announcement, we wondered hmmmm, who looks good in emerald green? Well, this radiant, vibrant color looks great on every skintone and hair color! We can't wait to add lots of emerald green jewelry and accessories to Snap It Up....stay tuned!
